Organyc by Corman Nominated for Innovation Award at INDEX™26 for Personalized Protection Light Incontinence Pads

MILAN, Italy — Corman S.p.A. announced that its Organyc “Personalized Protection” Light Incontinence Pads have been nominated for an INDEX™26 Award, presented by EDANA, the global association known as the Authentic Experts on nonwovens materials, technology, regulation and innovation.

The product is one of three finalists in the Finished Product – Single Use Application category, selected from among hundreds of innovations and new products introduced annually across the nonwovens industry.

The category has long been defined by standardized, one-size-fits-all products. Organyc Personalized Protection introduces a system designed to adapt to a woman’s body and address the individual needs of women living with incontinence, said Giorgio Mantovani, Corman CEO.

The system brings together three technologies, each designed to solve a specific problem associated with bladder leakage.

First, the Smart-Cotton™ cover—made with 100% certified organic cotton—represents a breakthrough in protecting skin comfort. It helps maintain the skin’s natural pH and reduce the risk of irritation, while supporting comfort over extended wear.

At the core, the Organyc brand’s patented Cotton-Balanced™ Absorbent Core (EP2301497B1) adapts during use. As fluid is absorbed, it moves protection closer to the body, improving fit and reducing the risk of leaks.

Finally, a pH-activated odor control system stops odor before it can start by neutralizing it at the source.

Clinically proven, the pads address the three primary concerns of light incontinence—leakage, odor and irritation—delivering a more complete and personalized level of protection.

The INDEX™26 jury cited the product’s integration of a breakthrough cotton cover, the Organyc brand’s patented adaptive core and proactive odor control, with particular recognition given to the absorbent core.

The recognition also reflects Corman’s broader sustainability efforts, including its partnership with Plastics for Change, a social enterprise working to improve income and living conditions for waste collection communities while reducing ocean-bound plastic.

This nomination reflects the Organyc brand’s guiding principle, Expect Respect®—respecting women, their bodies, and the world in which we all live.
